I can’t remember a time I didn’t work with Joshua, ever since joining CA, we worked together on most bids and it was always such a joy, certainly Joshua has always been one of my most favourite colleagues! 🙂 I am sure many people will say a lot about his work ethics and techncial skills but the best thing about Joshua was how easy it was to connect with him on a personal level and to break the barrier and feel like you’re actually talking to a friend. I will remember how he used to send me whatsapp messages instead of emails, even ring me up instead of messaging and how he would always add a personal note and ask how I am doing and be genuinely interested with what’s going on! We used to have so many laughs and even when he wasn’t well, he would still make a joke about it. Such a positive person inside and out!

My warmest wishes also go out to Joshua’s brother whom I had the pleasure to meet over the phone when he rang me up from NYC to ask for some advice for an important interview he was about to have, I remember Joshua had asked me if I could help out with some tips 🙂
