I first learnt about Joshua just before joining Crown Agents when a colleague at my former organisation who had worked with him in Afghanistan told me I must look out for him and what a great person he was. It wasn’t long before our paths crossed at the Crown Agents Christians at work group. It was there that I got to know Joshua. What struck me most about him in that setting was his humble and quiet yet absolutely confident and steadfast faith which was so inspiring to me and others in the group. I know this will have helped him during the very challenging period of his illness and I share the confidence that Joshua held onto on earth that God’s love will win out, both as Joshua is now with Him and also for his family who I pray will know His peace and love each day, particularly through his very hard time. Joshua was a true professional and expert in his field and a wonderful colleague at Crown Agents. He will be hugely missed.
