Ian got to know Peter as a work colleague at UEA, but both of us (and our families) subsequently became great friends with Peter and Sue. We always enjoyed meeting them in Norwich, Aylsham or Cromer or when walking in the Norfolk countryside. Peter was unfailingly kind, generous and positive. He was also incredibly brave and energetic and we will both miss him enormously.
