John was a genuine and kind individual. When I joined the bank, he took me under his wing and mentored me throughout my time at GWS. He always had time for a chat no matter how busy he was. He will be dearly missed it’s ashame that he couldn’t enjoy his retirement after a long career. It’s still shocking news to me that he is no longer with us, only feels like yesterday when we spoke about what adventures he had planned. My condolences to John’s family during this difficult time.
