2009

The year we went skiing to Bulgaria, never been skiing before but joined ski school, met some amazing people who later would join us on our wedding day. Michelle, Steve, Colette and Paul. Both Steve and Paul were experienced skiers so guided us down the slopes. 

Paul and I attempted the ski lift, oh how we laughed as I dropped the pole, Paul jumped to rescue it and we both nearly fell off!

Michelle later nicknamed Milka by Adrian because she was just as good as we were and kept skiing into the Milka sign. 

I will always remember and smile at us trying to get our ski boots on, sat on the wooden bench. Unbeknown to me, Adrain was sat at the end and everyone else had already stood up. As i stood up, the bench flipped up and Adrian ended up on the floor!
