David had this wonderful ability to tell a story as if you were there! Kind, caring and witty. But most of all, I loved the way he spoke about his wife Sue and his boys with the upmost admiration and pride. I met David in the sauna at the solent. He wasn’t hard to miss, feet up in his usual spot, sporting some snazzy orange trunks with pelicans on! David once told me he had 27 monopoly sets, I’ll never forget that! Rest in peace David, you’ll be missed by many.
