Words tend to lack the necessary impact when trying to describe someone like Monty. He was that friendly face that you knew would greet you with a smile when you walked into the office and immediately brighten up your day. He was the man you wouldn’t mind lingering at the coffee machine with for a few extra minutes to have a chat with. He had a deep well of positive energy that he willingly shared with anyone he crossed paths with. 

You, and the amazing uplifting influence you had on those around you, will be missed Monty. Rest in peace, and my sincere condolences to all the family.
