Shocked to hear the very sad news about David.  He was always incredibly helpful and patient with me in the face of all of my completely stupid questions about how anything technical worked.  He explained things in a way that even I understood.  Nothing was too much trouble.  I know that a lot of my staff in PSD (many of whom will leave their own messages) will miss his help and will miss having him around in Met House.  My condolences to his family and friends.  Duncan
