I left off writing this for as long as I could as I am honestly still in shock at your sudden passing, Nick.

Nick was so kind and thoughtful, in his own unique way.

I didn’t have a long time to get to know him, but from my first introductory meeting with him in March 2023, it was clear that he was a truly decent human.

Nick would check up on me right after meetings, even when I didn’t expect it, just to make sure I was alright and had no concerns, regardless of what was discussed.

One thing I remember, looking back now, is how dependable I thought he was.

To Liz and family, I am so sorry for your loss, but please take a little comfort in knowing that Nick lived an impactful life, as you can see from all the heartfelt testimonies here.

Rest in Peace, Nick.
