Following the shock and suddenness of Stans passing it has taken me a few days to think about what to write. I have worked alongside Stan since joining Linx in 1997 so that’s nearly 25 years. I found Stan to be the ultimate expert, hard working and professional in his work with the Linx Technical Support team. He had a wonderful sense of humour, an ability to have us all laughing with his mimicry of others, poor jokes and funny stories. It will be much quieter now and Stans empty chair in the office will always remind us of a much valued colleague that we have lost.

There will only be one Stan, or as some of us used to call him, “Uncle” Stan”, that is how much we all loved him. I have been honoured to have known him as a work colleague and a friend and will miss him greatly.

My condolences go also to his family at this sad time.
