Dear Jane and Anthony

Please accept our condolences for the loss of Jeff, who was the most kind, caring, generous and courageous colleague and friend to many of us within HHA. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and worked with him. We celebrate his life whilst we also mourn his loss. Our thoughts are with you at this difficult time.
