Russell Tewkesbury

I first met Russ quite soon after I joined Speed-Trap back in 2006 and we worked quite closely together in the years that followed Russ’ joining Speed-Trap/Celebrus.

Russ really was one of the “good guys”, a real family man who talked a lot about his wife and 2 kids and it was clear to anyone the love he had for his family.

We travelled together to customers across the UK, Ireland and Europe and it was always a pleasure to be in Russ’ company, he was funny, generous and you could talk to him about any topic.

Russ loved his job and gave so much time and energy to his work, that was paid back in the respect and admiration our customers and partners had for Russ.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Russ’ illness and truly shocked when I learned of his passing having only spoken to him on a work call some days before. It is still hard to believe that he’s gone from us.

Thank you Russ for the time I got to spend with you, I’ll miss you.

My sincere condolences to Russ’ family, in the words of all Liverpool fans, “You’ll Never Walk Alone”,

Davin.
