I am truly shocked and saddened by the loss of Wayne. He was someone I had great respect for, both professionally and personally, and he made a lasting impression on everyone who met him.

Wayne had a rare ability to lead with clarity and kindness. He always believed in Scaffmag and made time in his busy schedule for me, listened carefully, and spoke with honesty and purpose. Through his work with NASC and across the wider industry, he helped drive real change, but he did it in a way that brought people with him.

My thoughts are with Wayne’s family and friends, and all those who had the privilege of working alongside him. He will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
