I am shocked and sad to hear about Melissa’s passing. 

At a particularly stressful time when I lacked the confidence to do a good job at work, Melissa was a great support to me. She selflessly offered her time to help me and I will always remember and be grateful to her for that. She was such a lovely person – kind, patient, understanding and always with the our patients’ best interests at heart. She will be missed.
