It is with such shock and sadness that we learnt of the passing of our great colleague and friend Melissa. She had a reach across health care care in Lincolnshire far greater than would be obvious to most. She was kind, passionate, dedicated , professional and always delivered. I admired how no matter what challenge she was faced with she logically worked it though and was so calm and collected along with always a smile. She was the utmost professional and will be deeply missed. She and her family should be immensely proud of all that she has achieved in the NHS and her contribution during the pandemic also. My heartfelt sympathy goes to her family ans friends and all those lucky to know her. Rest in peace
