Your expertise was legendary, you always  promoted tranquility and calm whenever or wherever it was needed; steadily  offering solutions to what seemed like impassable problems and finding development opportunities for patients and nurses – an extraordinary skill especially in these challenging times.   

The Burdett Nursing Restrictive Practice Project greatly benefited from your input and your help in establishing the group named after Sharon Dennis (1st female black nurse DoN) was invaluable.
