I was devasted to hear the news about Matthew’s sad passing. He was a wonderful colleague. I remember fondly my first days with Nespresso in 2013 when Matthew was so eager to help a new starter and share his knowledge. Matt was always friendly and fun to be around and had an infectious laugh which brought  a lot of positivity to the Boutiques he worked in.

My deepest condolences to the Cromer family on their sad loss.
