Dear Antonella,

It has been truly heart-breaking to hear about your passing.

You were an incredibly inspirational figure in so many of our lives. You always made us feel that anything was possible. That was your gift; to bring out the best in people, to guide them in the right direction. There was nobody more nurturing or caring, you were a formidable ray of sunshine.

We are all proud to be taught by you; proud to have had you as our university mum; proud to call you our friend.

You are already sadly missed and will continue to be so.
