Rob was one of the first directors I had the privilege of supporting during his time at Vattenfall. He was, without a doubt, one of the best bosses I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.

Always approachable and kind, Rob made time for conversations about everything and anything. His pep talks were legendary—uplifting, motivating, and always just what I needed to keep going.

I will always remember his wonderful sense of humour, his love for life, and his deep devotion to his family.
