My deepest condolences to Diane’s family in this difficult time. I had the rare privilege to interact with Diane on a close and regular basis, as she was sitting next to me when traded risk became part of her world. It was a great pleasure to have known Diane, as she always had the time to listen, showed genuine warmth and had a great sense of humour. I was hoping that after the lockdown when we all returned to our old places that we’d resume our acquaintances, but alas that was not to be. But at least I will have some very fond memories.
