Amer was the kindest person I have ever met. I have been working with Amer for 6 years and I have enver once heard him complain about anything. He dealt with everything with a smile and was always there to support and never said no to a challenge. He was part of the soul of the cx team and it was indeed a priviledge to have worked but also spend time with him.
