I am deeply saddened by the loss of such a genuinely kind and caring man. Al truly was a gentle giant – someone who always took the time to check in on everyone and make people feel seen and valued whenever he was in the office.

I will always remember our chats about the design of the next tattoo he was planning, the stories about his beloved band and how proudly he spoke about his family. Most of all, I’ll remember the laughter we shared and the warmth he brought to every conversation. I am sad that I never got to hear him sing. I loved his mischievous side; I remember sitting on the same table as Al at our Christmas function and all the things he was trying to get us all to do – and he didnt need much encouragement !

Al will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by everyone lucky enough to have known him xx
