To Adrian’s family – I didn’t know Adrian closely, but he was one of the most senior colleagues that I interacted with when I first joined AZ back in 2018.  As a new starter in a new role, I was grateful that he included me in the IT Finance quarterly meetings he coorindated.  Even though I was new and more junior than most he ensured I felt welcomed, included, and worthy.  The meetings always included fun and laughter, and he was genuinely interested to encourage and support your development and what you could do to manifest core AZ values.  To lose a husband and father so young is incredibly sad and difficult.  My thoughts and prayers are with you all.  Vincent
