It’s a pleasure to have worked with you for the past 15 years.  You were always approachable and reply to emails and called me if there is any concerns or if I had concerns.  You went over and beyond to offer high-quality care in service.  I am ever so grateful as well as all our patients.  You will be greatly missed and may your beautiful soul rest in peace.
