While our paths may have only occassionally crossed in ETSI’s technical committee meetings, Issy’s presence immediately stood out professionally on how actively she took part in discussions, brinking key developments across the globe to ETSI’s world of standards. It is with great sadness that I was informed of her passing, for it is a loss to the vigor and the potency of the standardization community as a whole when it losses someone as energetic as Issy. My sincere condolences go to her loved ones and her circle of friends.
