To someone who was always a smiling, happy face in the office that cheered my day, someone who had a welcoming manner and uncanny warmth that put everyone at ease. 

And outside of work Phil was a dance floor king, someone I am proud to say I had the honour of sharing a (temporary parquet) dance floor with!
