From the Revd. Tim Horsington. Dear Ruth,Catherine,Hilary,Grace and all the family, I assure you of my sympathy and prayers.
Michael taught me Physics for a few years at Hartlebury Grammar School Worcestershire.  He and Mark Boulton the Biology teacher founded a Christian Fellowship.  They also converted a seven ton Army Lorry (Matilda) to take boys on holiday in the Columbus Fellowship.
One trip was to Manchester to hear Billy Graham at a big Rally.
It helped me to feel called to Ordination in the Church of England in my early teens.  To cut a very long story short I served forty years in full time Ministry in the Diocese’s of Liverpool, Hereford and Winchester.
In the last few years Michael and I enjoyed contact by e-mail.
Of course, I have a lot to thank him for.
