I was deeply shocked when I heard the terrible news about Dan’s death whilst he was enjoying one of his favourite pastimes, cycling. I have known him for a very long time as a colleague, and as we grew a bit older our relationship developed into friendship as well.He was a demanding and hugely knowledgeable customer but a fair one, and friendly bantering always cheered up our meetings.
