It is hard to comprehend we will never have a conversation with Vantil again. I had the pleasure of working with Vantil since the day he joined Capital. The first time I met him, for an interview he wore a conservative navy-blue business suit. It was only later he took on a fondness for orange and blue alligator shoes. He was always warm, making friends with everybody and connecting with people almost instantly inside and outside the office. His warmth and disarming charm touched so many and contributed so much. He became such a trusted member of the team and a dear friend. I could always rely on his research insights, being a great travel companion or warming up client meetings. Unlike the rest of us he never picked a bad bond. He was always loyal and dedicated to Capital, the team and family. He will be dearly missed as a friend and colleague.
