I was so sorry to hear this incredibly sad news. Ian was such a lovely kind gentleman. He was a true foodie, wine and service expert but he also had time for everyone. He really cared about everyone from his family, friends to every single person in the team. Our wonderful industry has lost a true great and I’m sending love and best wishes to Angela, Pam and the family. RIP Ian, you will be sadly missed.
