I was devastated to hear the incredibly sad news about the loss of Jon.  We worked closely together on BBI transactions for about 5 years and Jon’s knowledge, experience and dedication to his clients was clear from the very outset of that.  It was obvious that those in his team looked up to him as a mentor too.  I’ll miss our chats about music and guitars, including the ones he was restoring and very proud to show me on camera.  Most of all, I’ll miss Jon’s sense of humour.  Sending all my thoughts to Jon’s family and friends – words seem so insufficient, but I hope those of all his colleagues show just how much Jon was liked and respected, and bring some small amount of comfort.  Stuart
