Along with so many other people, I can not thank you enough for the positive and lasting impact you have had on me, both professionally and personally.  Firstly, your aspiring leadership, determination and passion have without question improved my practice, but more importantly have made me love my job even more and I feel lucky to have been given the oppurtunity to be lead by you and many other people who have followed your drive, determination and commitment.  Personally, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your huge support and caring messages when I was going through my own experience with cancer.  I will be eternally gratefull and will remember fondly how you, out of the goodness of your nature, went out of your way to check in, offer support and be a friendly and funny voice in at times when I was struggling.  This message will not serve it justice, but THANK YOU from me and my family.
