I knew Jill only for a year, but in that short time she made a huge impression on me. She had this ability to step above the fray and convey such warmth and humour to everyone, you knew it would be okay – and that you were not alone. No matter how much she had on, she was always empathetic, always ready to take on more, just to make sure others were looked after. I want to share my sincere condolences to her family – she’ll be missed.
