Sincere condolences and deepest sympathy to Ann’s family.  

Having worked with Ann for nearly 10 years, it’s tremendously saddening to hear of her loss.  Ann was consistently kind hearted, welcoming and endlessly helpful.  She was always ready to chat, taking care to politely enquire about my life and my loved ones, as well as keen to find humour whenever possible.

She will be sorely missed.
