I was introduced to Della almost thirty years ago. It was at Wigan Investment Centre with a large audience of businesspeople. Della appeared as if she’d just wondered in, very unassuming, certainly no whizz bang PowerPoint! I wondered, who are we getting here? 

It was Della being Della. I was blown away by what she said and remember one of the key messages to this day. That day set the scene for many, many years of working with Della. We were in business together with Pulse and continued long after that on other projects. The best bit was meeting up at Bents for a coffee, allegedly talking work, actually covering everything, especially family.

 I learned so much from my lovely friend professionally and even more personally. We had a lot of fun along the way.
