I worked with Adam firstly when he was Case Progression Officer for the Essex team and then when he was the line manager for the Norfolk/Cambs/Suffolk admin and I was the line manager in Essex.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable in all areas of case work. Adam was a great support to his team and would always go the extra mile to help them and make sure they were looked after.

When Adam moved on to the Pre Charge team, I would often ask for his help on a certain case and he always responded quickly and always had the answer.

I will remember Adam as a kind, thoughtful and friendly person who wasn’t afraid to stand up for what was right and worked hard to progress cases and support his colleagues.
