Met Anthony and Michael in 1982 and it was love at first sight. So many parties at Perrymead Street, chez moi and, latterly, lunches at Cote. The Purple Shop provided beautiful wedding jewels – a moonstone necklace and earrings.  Anthony was known by Harriet my daughter as ‘Cook’ as she first encountered him in the kitchen at Perrymead Street.  Michael was known as ‘The Other One’. A lovely visit to Forna in the 1990’s met Anthony’s beloved Teddy. We spoke during the pandemic – Anthony in splendid form. He had such grace and charm.
