We are truly saddened that David has passed away and so unexpectedly and suddenly. He was always so full of life, energy and enthusiasm for everything, ready for adventure and up for any challenge. It is hard to believe he is no longer with us.

I knew David personally for over 40 years. He was a talented businessman and a loyal customer in a difficult industry and we became good friends. I greatly admired his zest for life and enjoyed his company enormously. Kate and I enjoyed seeing David and Jane down here in Portugal in recent years. We shall miss him very much.
