I had the pleasure of working with Ashley at the Home Office.  He was an easy going, kind, thoughtful, self-deprecating and trusted colleague with a good sense of humour.  The thing that clearly shone through, when working with Ashley, was how important his family were to him and that they were his priority.  I am pleased that he never lost sight of that even when work got busy.  My thoughts go out to his family.  I am so sorry for your loss.
