Rachel was such a lovely, warm person who was excellent at her job but also a real pleasure to work with. I’ll miss our regular QVC updates on the latest bargains and the general good craic that Rachel had. Sending my heartfelt sympathy to Rachel’s family, she will be sadly missed xxx
