Liam was a wonderful colleague.  I got to know him over the last 2 years, working together to improve patient safety in OUH and across the BOB Integrated Care Board.  As Arsenal fans we bonded immediately and quickly built up an open working relationship, sharing concerns and trying to find the best solutions.  I will miss his approachability, common sense and patient centred focus and our organisation and the wider health community will miss a dedicated colleague who was committed to making the care of all our patients safer.
