Sometimes life is just bloody unfair. Richard was meant to live forever. The word inspiration is over used, but it is so true for Richard – we were all inspired by how he connected the most senior leaders with the associates who did the work. I learned so much from him, and yet loved being challenged by him. Any day spent with Richard was a good day, and was a fun day.
