Matt I’m still in shock. I can’t believe you have gone. What an amazing, patient, kind, fun, hard-working, supportive colleague you have been. No matter how busy you were, you always had time to help me or explain things to me, and you always did so with your own inimitable humour which lightened my day. We had a laugh and a joke on Teams calls, either talking about work, or talking about playing computer games with one of our sons, or what we’d been up to at the weekend. You always seemed to have a smile on your face no matter what merry hell I was creating for you – sorry about the requests for the odd urgent payment when something had gone wrong! – I’ll remember those fun chats and treasure them. May you rest in peace.
