Phil, I still can’t believe you’ve gone. I knew you from the time you started with SBD and you have always been a positive constant in office life with your cheerful outlook – I always enjoyed our regular catch-ups on sport and family life. You were the genuine article, with no side and a spirit of generosity and that is why you were so widely liked and respected by your colleagues. Our category demand reviews were a challenge at times but with your knowledge and good humour we got through them with flying colours. I send my heartfelt condolences to your family. You have been taken from us too soon but you will never be forgotten.
