Andy will be greatly missed by many. I am fortunate to have known him during his years at Protector, where Andy was an expert underwriter and role model to many early on in their careers like me. He always had time for everyone and could always be relied upon to give sound advice with a smile on his face. Working with him made complex tasks seem 10 times more achievable thanks to his calm, open minded and positive attitude. He carried a sense of humour and joy in all he did and I looked forward to seeing him, whether in the office or at work social events, in equal measure. It won’t be the same without him. My thoughts and deepest condolences to his family and loved ones.
