Dear Carol,

I can not even begin to put into words all of the emotions I felt when I head about the loss of Max.  The pain of losing a child is something that is unimaginable and seems so unfair, but the strenth you and your family have shown throughout this process is such an inspiration to everyone who has wittnessed it.  My sincere condolences go out to your and your family as you navigate through this process together. May all of the memories of him stay with you forever and bring you some comfort as you go on this difficult journey.  Max will always be with you!  You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers during this very difficult time.
