David’s passing was very sudden and very sad.  David and I became members of the Court of the Horners at the same Court Meeting in 1995.  He always enlivened Court Meetings and made a valuable contribution to the Horners Company in so many ways.   I enjoyed his company and particularly remember the fun we had on the Horners trip to Malta.  He was always cheerful and the mention of “his wonderful cheeky sense of humour” really does sum up David.  Janet and i are among the many friends who will miss him.
