I recall several years ago when I called you randomly without knowing you too well and you were friendly, easy to connect with and super helpful. You brought a presence and a touch which lightened any meeting. We had some good chats about the evolution of Liverpool’s midfield which we were both following closely. Still doesn’t quite feel real you not occupying your seat on the corner or strolling across the floor enjoying friendly interactions. Your time was too short. Rest in peace Piyush.
