Patricia has helped  a newcomer like me, my postdoc, visiting scholar and student  to make a smooth transition from oversea to UK system. You can always count on her for prompt response to even difficult issues.  She is kind, thoughtful, graceful and professional. She will be missed by many people at HWU and beyond.
