Sending deepest condolences to Jo’s family; Jo truly was an inspirational figure; always had a smile on her face and a genuine interest in all of her colleagues and their welfare. Jo always took her time to see how other people were and I was delighted for her when she gained her promotion. The last time I saw her was in the London office just before lockdown and we had a heartfelt hug to celebrate. She was the heart and soul of the Mersey Cheshire office and she was deeply respected by all staff. May you rest in peace Jo; you will never be forgotten x
